We had a great experience with intro-lend Utah. Jen is a broker that is very experienced and knowledgeable of the different loan options and was able to find us a great VA loan rate. Once we had an offer accepted on a house, Erin then contacted us and helped us with getting all the paperwork submitted. The online interface was simple to use, and there were options for emailing it to Erin or loading it ourselves. I was most grateful for the gentle reminders they sent us on the deadlines and for the availability for questions on working with us on our situation of buying the home from across the country. They were great! Would definitely use them again.

Jen was such a boss. Due to her lender options, I was able to include a 2 week closing timeframe in my offer which was one of the deciding factors in being accepted against a dozen other competing offers. She communicated clearly the documentation I needed to provide and kept track of everything necessary as I sent what was requested. She worked seamlessly with my realtor and managed the communication and requirements between him, me, and the lender so that we were all on the same page and there was minimal time spent on back and forth. The days leading up to closing were the LEAST stressful because we were able to get everything in order ahead of time (including renewing an expiring driver’s license) and there were no last minute surprises. As a result, we were actually able to close EARLY, which is unheard of with such a short timeframe to begin with. Could not recommend working with Jen more.
